该系统是按照有关工业环境规则设计的，东莞市光博士激光科技股份有限公司对因安装在其他环境(住宅和家庭等环境)所引起的任何影响概不负责。

The system is designed in accordance with the relevant industrial environmental regulations. The GBOS LASER INC. is not responsible for any impact caused by installation in other environments (residential and family environments).

请在符合建议环境条件下使用，否则可能会对机器造成伤害或者对机器使用寿命造成影响，设备因使用环境条件不符造成损坏不予保修。

Please use it in accordance with the recommended environmental conditions, otherwise it may cause damage to the machine or affect the service life of the machine, The equipment is not guaranteed for damage caused by improper operating conditions.

电网地线 Ground wire of power grid	符合机房国标要求 Complying with the national standard of machine room

请确保设备在以上条件下使用，并配置相应的漏电保护装置。

三、避免安装在以下的场所使用：

   Avoid installation in the following places:

12. 垃圾、灰尘、油雾较多的场所；
13. 震动以及冲击多的场所；
14. 能触及药品和易燃易爆物的场所；
15. 高频干扰源附近的场所；
16. 易结露的场所；
17. 在CO2、NOX、SOX等浓度高的环境中。
18. Place with excessive garbage, dust and oil mist.
19. Place with vibration and a lot of severe impacts.
20. Place which is close to medicine and flammable and explosive articles.
21. Place which is close to high-frequency interference source.
22. Place where condensation may easily occur.
23. Environment with high concentration of CO2, NOX, and SOX.

保养手册

注意Attention：

请不要忽视机器的清洁以及以下部件的保养；否则将会影响机器的性能以及使用寿命，未执行下列要求造成设备损坏不予保修。

/Don’t neglect the cleaning and maintenance of following unit of the marking machine; Otherwise it will adversely affect your machine’s  performance and the service life, Equipment damage caused by failure to comply with the following requirements shall not be guaranteed.

	使用环境温度10℃~30℃/Ambient temperature 10℃~30℃		水箱温度25℃/Water chiller temperature 25℃
	每两月更换水箱过滤器/Change the chiller filter two months one time		每两月更换纯净水（约40L），定期检查水量，避免无水开机。可用1:1比例的纯净水和冷却液防止水结冰/Every two months need to change the purified water（about 40L）.Check the chiller level regularly, avoid no water to run the chiller.Can use 1:1 purify water and coolant avoid deicing.
	每月清理入风口滤网/Clean the inlet of the chiller net filter every month		每月清理水箱内部器件，防止尘埃导致短路/Clean the inside electric part regularly, avoid the dust cause the short circuit every week
	每天清理工作台，防止废料堆积工作台/Clean the worktable everyday; avoid the waste store in worktable		每天清理工作台排烟网/Clean the smoke net everyday
	定期拆开机器盖子，检查内部是否有灰尘/Open the cover of the tube to check if have dust inside		定期清聚焦镜，用棉签和浓度95%以上的酒精清洁/Clean the focus lens regularly Method:Use cotton with more than 95% alcohol to clean it.
	每天工作前清理保护镜片,用棉签和浓度95%以上的酒精清洁/Clean the protection mirror everyday before work Method:Use cotton with more than 95% alcohol to clean it.		每两月清理电脑主机的防尘网/Clean the filter of the computer host every two months
	每两月清理激光电源防尘网/Clean the filter of the laser power supply every two months		每月用气枪(注：气必须是干净的)或吸尘器清理机器电子部件，避免尘埃导致短路/Clean the electric parts with air gun(cleaner)every month, avoid dust cause short circuit Note:The air must be clean without water and oil.
	每月清理电子部件，防尘防潮/Clean the electric parts every month, avoid dust and moisture proof		需每周清理投影仪的灰尘/Clean the dust of the projector one week one time.
	定期清理吸风机风管；避免堵塞/Clean the exhauster pipe regularly, avoid stuck		定期清理吸风机内的废料，防止卡机/Clean the waste inside the exhauster, avoid stuck
	机器散热风扇定期清理/Clean the cooling fan regularly		每两月清理一次激光器腔体，用浓度99.99%的氮气，气压0.2Mpa清洗/Every two months need to clean the cavity of the laser tube. Method:use purity 99.99% nitrogen wiht  0.2Mpa pressure to clean
